Delivery 

INCHA will add £7 for UK mainland delivery and £14 for international delivery. 

All taxes or duties payable on the purchase or import of items are the client's responsibility. 


Return 

Due to the embellishment and delicate nature of our products, we offer a 5 day return policy on online orders from the date of the email confirming shipment.  

Items must be returned to us in the original condition in order to be eligible for a return and refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, please email us at ask@inchacollection.com for a REM within 2 days of receipt of the item.  The REM must be quoted on the return form provided with the item.  Return of the item is at the client's responsibility.

Upon receipt, the INCHA team will examine the item for any defect and damage and only once satisfied, will we process the return.


Satisfaction

Our clients' satisfaction is our ultimate aim.  We hope that you will love and care for your INCHA items as much as we have loved bringing them to you.

Before posting any items, we will conduct a check and only send pieces in their proper condition.  

Please note that the work of our artisan tailors and local craftspeople may contain slight discrepancies or differences, which is all part of their charm.  Our commitment is to produce ethical Pakistani fashion with no compromise on quality.  

Should you have any specifications regarding packaging or delivery, please contact us in advance of placing an order or as soon as possible afterwards and we will do our best to accommodate these (this may be subject to additional charges).

Please handle all INCHA items carefully and follow the relevant cleaning guidelines.
